# Partner Network Pricing

> Free to join, with no monthly subscription or setup fee. You pay the creator rewards you set, plus a Refermate fee of 0.5% on the first $5,000 in approved referred sales per program and 1% after that.

## Refermate fee

- **Introductory rate: 0.5%.** Of the first $5,000 in lifetime approved referred sales in each program.
- **Standard rate: 1%.** Of lifetime approved referred sales above $5,000 in each program.

## What you pay

- Joining Refermate and installing the Shopify app or the Stripe App are free. There is no monthly subscription and no setup fee.
- In each program you pay the creator rewards you set, plus the Refermate fee on approved referred sales.
- Refermate collects both and pays the rewards to your creators.
- Amounts are in US dollars. Only USD sales are supported today.

## When you're charged

- You review each conversion in Partners. You are charged only for conversions you approve, and never before the conversion's refund hold ends.
- You set the refund hold for each program: 1 to 60 days after the order, 30 by default.
- A sale that is fully refunded or cancelled during its refund hold costs nothing. So does a conversion you reject.

## How you're billed

- **Shopify stores:** Charges appear on your Shopify bill, up to the spending cap you approve in Shopify for each billing period.
- **Stripe App and Developer Integration stores:** Refermate billing charges the billing method you add in Partners, processed by Stripe. Installing the Stripe App does not set up billing.

## Example

A program's first $10,000 in approved referred sales, with a 10% creator reward:
